Warranty (Reklamationsret)
Under Danish law, you have a 2-year warranty (reklamationsret) on all purchases. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults present at the time of delivery. If you encounter any issues with your bicycle, please contact us as soon as possible.
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in frames, components, or materials.
- Faults present at the time of delivery that affect the functionality or intended use of the bicycle.
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, chains).
- Damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
- Accidents, misuse, or neglect.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Notify us of the issue within a reasonable timeframe. For visible faults, this should be no later than 2 months after discovery.
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- We will assess the claim and, if valid, repair or replace the faulty item or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal (fortrydelsesret) for online purchases, as stipulated by Danish law. This allows you to return your bicycle within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Conditions for Returns
- The bicycle must be unused and returned in its original condition with all included accessories and documentation.
- Any signs of use or damage may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
- The return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered).
How to Return a Bicycle
- Contact our customer service to initiate the return and receive instructions.
- Pack the bicycle securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Once we receive the bicycle and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
